The chat person literally replied "we do not speak english on chat" (in english) after 3 messages of them writing in Japanese and me saying talk in English waste of my life

Attempted to sign up and was successful but as already stated in other reviews the site and the process of claiming the welcome bonus is extremely difficult to navigate when one can only communicate in English and all the instructions etc are in Japanese. No success unfortunately.

well, terrible expierence, first site is in japanese, ok i find how to change language, anyway - all emails i received is in japanese, hard to fill profile coz of japanese, tried to find code for ND bonus - impossible because emails u got about code is in japanese, went to live chat - i got one answer - We apologize...
