The deal will see the brand providing its software to Borgata Online as well as PartyCasino NJ. BetMGM is a well-established joint venture between two successful operators – MGM Resorts International and GVC Holdings.

Following the launch of the software, Playtech will continue to conquer the leading market in the U.S., further enhancing its presence in the country.

Commenting on the delivery of casino software, Playtech COO, Shimon Akad noted:
