Pragmatic Play added two major industry accolades to its portfolio at the SBC Awards 2026, taking home both Live Casino Supplier of the Year and Casino/Slots Developer of the Year (Large) during the awards ceremony held alongside SBC Summit Lisbon.
The supplier emerged from a competitive field in the live casino category, where a dozen providers were shortlisted for the award. The recognition capped off a week in Lisbon that brought together operators, suppliers and technology companies from across the global betting and gaming industry.
In a statement following the ceremony, Pragmatic Play said: “What a way to cap off SBC Summit Lisbon! A huge thank you and congratulations to the organisers, to everyone who visited our stand, and to all the other winners.”
Live Casino Category Draws Strong Competition
Pragmatic Play secured the Live Casino Supplier of the Year title after competing against a shortlist that included Vivo Gaming, ICONIC21, CreedRoomz, ElCasino, ENJOY Gaming, Evolution, Imagine Live, Playtech, Stakelogic Live, BetGames and Winfinity.
The award changed hands after Playtech won the category at the previous SBC Awards.
The live casino segment has become an increasingly important part of Pragmatic Play’s business since the company acquired Extreme Live Gaming in 2018. Since then, it has expanded its live dealer portfolio alongside its existing slots and bingo offerings.
Today, the supplier markets itself as a multi-product provider, offering operators access to a broad range of gaming content through a single API integration. The strategy has enabled the company to combine live casino products with its established portfolio of digital casino content.
The dual award win also highlighted Pragmatic Play’s presence across multiple gaming verticals, with judges recognizing both its live casino operations and its slot development activities.

The SBC Awards 2026 recognized companies and individuals across a wide range of categories covering casino, sports betting, payments, technology and responsible gambling.
Among the major operator awards, Betsson Group received Casino Operator of the Year, while Kaizen Gaming collected Sportsbook Operator of the Year and Operator of the Year – Large. Coolbet won Operator of the Year – Medium, and Vegas Legends took the small operator category.

Continued Focus on Content Production
Pragmatic Play’s recognition as Casino/Slots Developer of the Year (Large) comes as the company continues to maintain a high volume of game releases.
According to company information, the supplier currently launches up to eight online slot titles per month. The steady release schedule forms a key part of its strategy to provide operators with a continuous flow of new content while reducing integration requirements through its multi-product platform.
The approach has allowed the company to combine regular slot releases with its growing live casino offering, helping operators expand their game portfolios through a single supplier relationship.
With victories in both the live casino and slots categories, Pragmatic Play was among the most prominent winners at the SBC Awards 2026, closing out SBC Summit Lisbon with recognition across two of the industry's largest product segments.
