ICONIC21 has strengthened its ties to Vilnius through a new sponsorship agreement with ice hockey club Hockey Punks – MOTOTOJA, continuing a series of local partnerships as the company develops a major operational presence in the Lithuanian capital.

The online entertainment supplier said the partnership aligns with its broader plans for growth in Vilnius, where it is establishing a new office and studio complex intended to support European operations and create hundreds of new jobs.

The agreement follows another recent sponsorship initiative involving Lithuanian basketball club BC Rytas, highlighting the company’s growing involvement in the city’s sporting community as it prepares to open its new facility.

Hockey Partnership Extends Local Community Engagement

Under the agreement, ICONIC21 branding will appear across Hockey Punks – MOTOTOJA assets during the upcoming season.

The company said the collaboration reflects common values shared by both organizations, including teamwork, dedication and ongoing development. Hockey Punks – MOTOTOJA has established itself as a recognized club within Vilnius, building a strong connection with local supporters and the wider community.

Commenting on the partnership, Rokas Benetis, Country Manager at ICONIC21, said: “Vilnius is becoming an increasingly important part of ICONIC21’s story. As we continue building our presence here, we wanted to support an organisation that represents the same values we look for in our people: dedication, resilience, teamwork and a drive to improve. Hockey Punks – MOTOTOJA has built a strong connection with the local community, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.”

The club welcomed the agreement as it continues to grow its activities within the Lithuanian capital.

“It is great to see a growing company based in Vilnius joining our club and becoming an active part of the local sports community. It is important for us to have partners who believe in our team and contribute to the growth of the ice hockey community in Vilnius. We are pleased that, as ICONIC21 continues to strengthen its presence in Vilnius, the company has chosen to join us on this journey. We believe this partnership will be long-lasting and mutually beneficial,” says Šarūnas Kuliešius, Head of Hockey Punks – MOTOTOJA.

According to ICONIC21, supporting local sports organizations provides an opportunity to contribute to community initiatives while building stronger connections within the city where it is expanding its operations.

New Vilnius Facility Set to Support European Growth

The sponsorship announcement comes as ICONIC21 advances plans for a significant operational center in Vilnius.

The company is developing a facility covering more than 1,400 square meters across two floors. The site will combine office functions and studio operations and is scheduled to officially open during the fourth quarter of 2026.

Management has described the location as a key component of the company’s European growth strategy, with the hub expected to play a central role in supporting international expansion efforts.

ICONIC21 previously stated that the project is expected to create more than 350 employment opportunities. Recruitment activity is already underway, with vacancies available for game presenters, studio technicians and other operational positions linked to the future facility.

The company has also indicated that some studio-based roles do not require prior industry experience, with training and development programs available for successful applicants.

Building a Larger Footprint in Lithuania

The latest sponsorship follows ICONIC21’s agreement with BC Rytas announced last month.

That partnership was introduced as the company moved forward with plans to establish its operational base in Vilnius. Under the arrangement, ICONIC21 branding will be displayed across BC Rytas assets throughout the basketball season.

At the time, the company said the agreement would help increase local visibility while also supporting recruitment efforts connected to the opening of the new office and studio complex.

ICONIC21 selected Vilnius after assessing a range of factors, including the city’s workforce, business climate and reputation as an attractive destination for international investment. The company identified the available talent pool and supporting infrastructure as important considerations in its long-term expansion plans.

With partnerships now in place across both basketball and ice hockey, ICONIC21 continues to deepen its involvement in the local community while preparing to launch what it expects will become a major operational hub for its European business activities.
