Digital content supplier ICONIC21 has entered into a sponsorship agreement with Lithuanian basketball club BC Rytas as the company moves forward with plans to establish a major operational base in Vilnius.
The partnership comes as ICONIC21 prepares to launch a new office and studio complex in the Lithuanian capital, with an official opening scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. The company said the facility will serve as a key center for its European activities and support its wider expansion strategy across international markets.
Under the sponsorship arrangement, ICONIC21 branding will be displayed across BC Rytas assets throughout the basketball season. The supplier said the agreement is intended to strengthen its visibility in the local market while supporting recruitment efforts ahead of the launch of the new site.
"We are proud to support Rytas and proud to be growing in the same city," said Rokas Benetis, Country Manager at ICONIC21.
New Vilnius Facility Set to Become Regional Base
ICONIC21 first revealed plans for the Vilnius operation earlier this month, outlining a project that is expected to generate more than 350 employment opportunities.
The planned facility will occupy more than 1,400 square meters across two floors and combine office functions with studio operations. According to the company, the site will become an important hub for its European business and play a central role in supporting future growth initiatives.
Management selected Vilnius after evaluating its workforce, business environment and reputation as an increasingly attractive destination for international investment. The company said the city's talent pool and infrastructure made it a suitable location for long-term expansion.
Recruitment activity has already begun ahead of the opening. Available positions include game presenters, studio technicians and other operational roles connected to the future facility. ICONIC21 stated that prior experience is not required for some studio-based positions, with training and development programs available for new hires.
The company said it intends to work closely with local talent as it builds its Lithuanian team and prepares the site for launch.
Benetis, who was recently appointed Country Manager for Lithuania, is overseeing preparations for the facility and has already assembled the core management structure that will support hiring and operational development over the coming months.

Expansion Supports International Growth Strategy
The Vilnius project forms part of a broader growth plan for ICONIC21 as it continues to expand its reach in regulated gaming markets around the world.
According to the company, its products are currently available through more than 15,000 brands and distributed across 150 countries. Management believes the new Lithuanian operation will strengthen its ability to support existing partners while creating additional capacity for future development.
The expansion follows a period of product activity for the supplier, particularly within its portfolio of artificial intelligence-powered gaming products.
In August, ICONIC21 launched iDealer Boulevard Blackjack, a new title built around the company's AI-driven dealer technology. The release followed the earlier introduction of iDealer Blackjack, which the supplier described as its first RNG game featuring an AI-powered dealer.
The latest version adopts a Miami-inspired setting, featuring a neon city backdrop and a redesigned gaming environment. Developers created a new dealer avatar specifically for the release and introduced additional visual elements intended to differentiate the title from previous versions.
ICONIC21 said the project also demonstrates future customization opportunities that operators may be able to implement across its product portfolio as development continues.
