Digital content provider ICONIC21 is preparing to establish a new operational base in Vilnius, Lithuania, a move that will create more than 350 employment opportunities and support the company’s ongoing expansion across Europe.
The planned facility will combine office and studio operations within a space exceeding 1,400 square meters. Occupying two full floors, the site is expected to become a key center for the company’s activities as it continues to strengthen its international footprint.
The expansion comes as ICONIC21 grows its presence in global markets. The company currently operates in 150 countries and its products are available through more than 15,000 brands worldwide. Company representatives said the Vilnius location will play an important role in supporting future development while providing opportunities for local talent.
Recruitment efforts have already begun, with vacancies available across several departments. Current openings include positions such as game presenters and studio technicians. According to the company, candidates do not need previous experience for studio-based roles, with training and development opportunities available for those entering the workforce or pursuing a new career path.
Vilnius Chosen as Strategic Growth Location
ICONIC21 said it selected Vilnius because of the city's skilled workforce, business environment and growing reputation as a destination for international investment.
The company intends to focus heavily on local recruitment, targeting individuals interested in building careers within a rapidly developing international business. Management believes the Lithuanian capital offers access to a strong talent pool capable of supporting long-term growth plans.
To oversee the new operation, ICONIC21 has appointed Rokas Benetis as Country Manager for Lithuania. Benetis has already assembled the core management team and is leading preparations related to hiring and operational development ahead of the facility’s launch.
Commenting on the expansion, Benetis said: “Vilnius is a dynamic and rapidly growing city that draws ambitious, talented people. That is precisely why we chose it for the next stage of our growth.”
He added: “Here we are building an environment where people can start their careers, grow quickly and take on real responsibility from day one. Whether it is a first step into the job market, work alongside studies or a new professional challenge, we want ICONIC21 to be a place where people grow.”
The company views the Lithuanian project as part of a broader strategy to expand its operational capabilities across multiple jurisdictions. Alongside the Vilnius development, ICONIC21 is also assessing further growth opportunities connected to its headquarters in Romania as well as additional international markets.
Expansion Follows Recent Product Development
The opening of the Vilnius facility follows a period of product growth for the supplier, particularly within its artificial intelligence-powered gaming portfolio.
In August, ICONIC21 introduced iDealer Boulevard Blackjack, a new release that builds on the company’s existing AI-driven dealer technology. The game expands upon the original iDealer Blackjack title, which was the supplier’s first RNG game featuring an AI-powered dealer.
The new blackjack variant adopts a Miami-inspired theme, featuring a neon city backdrop and a custom-designed gaming table intended to capture the atmosphere associated with the city's nightlife. The release represents the latest step in ICONIC21’s efforts to develop AI-based dealer experiences within RNG casino products.
According to the company, the game was rebuilt specifically for the new launch. Developers created a new dealer avatar, redesigned the table environment and introduced a range of visual features unique to the title. ICONIC21 also said the project highlights future customization capabilities that operators will be able to incorporate into the product range as it evolves.

Growth Driven by Demand for AI Dealer Products
The decision to launch iDealer Boulevard Blackjack was influenced by the performance of the original iDealer Blackjack game.
ICONIC21 reported strong player engagement with the first release, leading the company to expand the number of available tables from two to six. The positive reception encouraged further investment in the concept and contributed to the development of the Boulevard edition.
The latest title places additional emphasis on personalization and branding flexibility, areas the company believes will become increasingly important for operator partners seeking differentiated gaming experiences.
Beyond product development, ICONIC21 continues to position itself as a provider of tailored gaming solutions. The company offers a portfolio of content designed for a wide range of markets and works with operators on customized projects that can include dedicated studios and exclusive game concepts.
