BetConstruct Gets UK LicenceArmenian-founded live casino developer BetConstruct has been a rising force in the scene for a few years now, and forward moves like this will only serve to cement that reputation.

In the second half of March, Unibet continues to amaze with their monthly collections of live-casino -oriented bonuses and offers.
This particular event gives the top 400 players with the highest cash turnover during the tournament period a share in a cash prize of £75,000. Wins made on any of Unibet’s live casino tables from Evolution are eligible for this competition.

The Government of the Republic of Ireland has this week announced their intention to establish a unilateral gambling regulator.
The role that this office would fulfil is currently split between several different agencies, so combining them all into one place would ensure comprehensive coverage and enforcement.
“An independent regulator and gambling control bill, will ensure enforcement and compliance by all gambling operators, not just betting shops, which will lead to better consumer protections and support for those who may be vulnerable to addiction” said Sharon Byrne of the Irish Bookmaker’s Association.
Paddy Power Betfair recently released their 2018 earnings reports and also mooted the idea of a name change.
The company reported a revenue increase of 9% to 1.87 billion. Although, that did not coincide with increased profits – as the newly-merged company looks to invest further into the future of new markets such as the USA.
Their planned name change, to Flutter Entertainment, may come through in the next few weeks as it is currently pending shareholder approval.
The change should see no visible difference to casino players at their respective sites but would instead ‘reflect the increased diversity of our brands and operations’ said Chief Executive Peter Jackson.
