ICONIC21 has appointed industry veteran Gary Francis as its new Director of Business Development, a move aimed at strengthening the company’s commercial capabilities as it continues to expand its product portfolio and reach new regulated markets.
The iGaming content supplier announced the appointment during a period of growth that has seen the company increase its operator partnerships, broaden its content offering and pursue expansion opportunities in additional jurisdictions.
Francis joins ICONIC21 with more than 15 years of experience across the online gaming sector, having held senior commercial positions at several established operators and suppliers.
Industry Experience Brought to Growing Supplier
Before joining ICONIC21, Francis worked at BetGames, where he served as both Head of Commercial and Head of Account Management. In those roles, he oversaw commercial partnerships and focused on developing account growth across key markets.
His career has also included positions at companies, among which Pragmatic Play. Through those roles, he gained experience in areas including player engagement, VIP account management and operational leadership.
According to ICONIC21, that background will support the company as it continues to expand relationships with operators and prepares for entry into new regulated jurisdictions.
The appointment comes at a time when the supplier is increasing the scale of its business across multiple product segments. The company noted continued development of its live casino offering, growth within its slots and RNG portfolio, and the introduction of new game formats as factors contributing to its commercial momentum.
Focus on Future Market Growth
Francis described the company as entering an important stage of development and highlighted its recent progress as a key reason behind his decision to join.

Commercial Team Expansion Continues
