Holland Casino, a fast-increasing contender in the Dutch market, has just selected Malinda Miener as its new chief compliance officer.

Miener has previously worked as a Royal Netherlands Navy officer and general counsel at TNO. She became a member of the Dutch brand last year working in the position of director of compliance. She has been responsible for different things such as prevention and compliance with the law while also focusing on hindering money laundering and financing of terrorism.

Working Toward Safer Gambling

As a new member of the team, Miener notes that responsible and safe gambling is urgent and more important than ever. There are multiple new and foreign customers entering the Dutch market, and it is up to Holland Casino to keep raising the bar. They should take that social responsibility as part of their key strategy. According to her words, reliability, involvement, and integrity are the most essential for their brand.

She added:

They are embedding this in the company and that is the reason for the appointment of Malinda Miener at the position of chief compliance officer. She boasts a proven track record both in terms of integrity and corporate responsibility, so she will be a great addition to the team.
