Greentube To Include Neccton Responsible Network Solution in Spanish Market

Successful provider of gaming solutions and part of Novomatic Interactive Division, Greentube, has decided to include the Neccton responsible gaming solution in the Spanish market.

The tool made its original appearance via Admiral Casino and now will be available via Spanish brands. Thanks to the innovative solutions, Greentube will have an opportunity to identify problematic gambling behavior and interact with customers who show the signs.

Following the introduction, the solution will be available via StarVegas in Spain as one of the leading brands in the local market. The Novomatic-owned company will also look to include the feature in additional markets.

Neccton's solution is specific in terms of its ability to track the metrics, which shows that somebody spends more money than he can afford. It includes behavior which has been tracked such as chasing losses, in-session deposits, failed deposits, canceled withdrawals, and similar. All these can alert operators about problem-gambling behavior.

The tool is also efficient in communication with players, exchanging messages with them, and sharing details about overspending. It allows casino operators to analyze information and compare it with the player base.
