BetGames has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Inesa Glazaitė as Head of Commercial, a move that comes as the supplier continues to broaden its product portfolio and expand its presence across regulated markets.

The company confirmed the appointment on 5 August 2026, adding another senior commercial hire to a year that has seen increasing competition among B2B iGaming suppliers seeking to deepen relationships with operators and capitalize on growth opportunities in regulated jurisdictions.

In her new role, Glazaitė will oversee BetGames’ commercial growth strategy, manage relationships with operator partners and support the ongoing rollout of the company’s products in markets around the world.

The appointment follows her tenure at iGaming Platform (iGP), where she served as Chief Commercial Officer after taking up the position in January 2024. Her experience in commercial leadership and business development is expected to support BetGames as it continues to diversify beyond the areas that initially established its presence within the industry.

The supplier said the addition of Glazaitė reflects its focus on strengthening commercial operations while continuing to expand its range of gaming products and operator-facing solutions.

New Leadership Arrives During Product Expansion

The leadership change comes during a period of product development and diversification for the Vilnius-based company.

BetGames has historically been known for its live dealer betting games, but in recent years it has expanded into additional content categories. The company entered the online slots segment in January 2025 and has since increased its investment in random number generator (RNG) products.

During 2026, BetGames released three RNG titles: Chili Cash, Bad Rhinos and Gold Raid. The company has also identified Skyward Storm as its next upcoming release, continuing the expansion of its gaming catalogue.

Alongside game development, BetGames has invested in tools designed for operator customisation and engagement. In February 2026, the company launched Casino Designer, an artificial intelligence-powered solution that allows operators to tailor game environments without requiring external approvals. BetGames has been extending the tool’s compatibility across both its live dealer products and RNG titles throughout the year.

The supplier also continues to offer its gamification platform Hero, which is designed to support operator engagement initiatives.

Glazaitė highlighted the company’s product range and development strategy when discussing her appointment.

“BetGames has real momentum right now, and I’m looking forward to being part of the next stage of its growth. The strength of this product portfolio, from Casino Designer and Hero through to the Skyward RNG series, gives us a fantastic platform to build on. I am keen to work closely with our operator partners and help them get the most out of the solutions we provide.”

Focus on Operator Relationships and Growth

As Head of Commercial, Glazaitė will play a central role in supporting operator partnerships, an increasingly important area for suppliers competing across regulated markets.

Industry competition has intensified as more jurisdictions establish regulatory frameworks for online gaming, creating opportunities for content providers to expand their distribution networks. Suppliers have responded by investing in both product development and commercial leadership to strengthen their positions with operators.

BetGames’ management indicated that the appointment is intended to help drive the company’s next phase of growth.

Saulius Čereška, Director at BetGames, welcomed the addition of Glazaitė to the leadership team.

“We welcome Inesa, her experience and her fit for the role. We have immense confidence in our commercial team, and with Inesa’s talent leading it, we are heading into the next phase of growth with even greater momentum.”

The company serves a range of operators across multiple regulated markets and has sought to broaden its appeal through a combination of live dealer content, slot games and engagement-focused tools.

Broadening Presence Across Regulated Markets

Headquartered in Vilnius, BetGames operates in several licensed jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Malta, Italy, Lithuania, Estonia and Bulgaria.

Its client portfolio includes a number of established operators such as Entain, Betway, Hollywoodbets, STS and Kaizen Gaming.

The supplier’s expansion strategy has involved developing products across different gaming categories rather than focusing exclusively on live dealer offerings. Since entering the RNG slots sector in 2025, BetGames has continued to add both traditional slot content and crash-style gaming products to its portfolio.
