Greentube Goes Live in Germany via StarGames

One of the most established Greentube’s sites, StarGames, is ready to apply for a nationwide license following the introduction of the new legislation in the country.

Greentube, which recently secured a Romanian presence, has rich experience in the German market thanks to the activities in the Schleswig-Holstein federal state. While waiting for the entry across the entire country, StarGames has just unveiled a landing page, which enables interested parties to inform themselves about the most recent developments of the brand.

Over the following period, StarGames will take all necessary steps to ensure full compliance with the Responsible Gaming guidelines and regulations in Germany. As part of the new regulatory rules, all operators should conform to “reality checks,” five-second spin intervals, cooling-off time, deposit limits, stake and time limits, as well as a prohibition of autoplay and progressive jackpots.

Speaking on the new decision, Managing Director of Greentube Malta, Trevor De Giorgio said:

Greentube Malta Ltd. will still be responsible for the Star Games operation. The company has just applied for the Malta Gaming Authority license and it will also look to obtain the German online gaming license as soon as the new legislation comes into force.
