Greentube Obtains Majority Shareholding in Alteatec

Greentube, the NOVOMATIC division, has obtained a controlling shareholding in the iGaming management system and platform supplier Alteatec.

Under the terms of the deal, Greentube Austria will acquire a majority stake in the Malta-based IT brand, allowing Greentube to boost its B2B portfolio by using Alteatec’s top iGaming management system and technology Olympus One.

Moreover, Greentube will enhance its premium casino content suite by utilizing Alteatec’s live dealer streaming and voiceover tech. This will enhance the brand’s reputation as a powerful supplier of games to the iGaming sector. Mixing Alteatec tech with Novo Unity electronic table games tech solution will allow Greentube to deliver 360-degree solutions.

Founded in Austria in 2001, Alteatec has reputation for as an international supplier of solutions in the sector. Its key Olympus One is a top iGaming management system. They have also created other top solutions such as the Alteatec Safe Server.
