Avanti Studios has entered an exclusive partnership with HITSqwad Interactive Gaming to launch a live casino version of Sweet 16 Blackjack, extending the reach of the blackjack side-bet title into regulated live gaming markets worldwide.

The agreement gives Avanti sole rights to offer Sweet 16 Blackjack in a live casino format. The supplier said the move forms part of its broader strategy to expand its live casino portfolio through motion capture technology, real-time cloud streaming and digital dealer systems.

Sweet 16 Blackjack already has an established presence in both online and retail gaming channels. Digital versions of the title are currently available through operators including BetMGM, Caesars, DraftKings, OLG, BCLC and FanDuel, while land-based installations continue operating across South Africa as part of an ongoing international rollout.

Under the new arrangement, Avanti plans to integrate the game into its live casino ecosystem using its digital clone technology and streaming infrastructure. The company stated that the game will become available across all regulated jurisdictions where it currently operates.

Side-Bet Blackjack Game Expands Into Live Casinos

Sweet 16 Blackjack combines traditional blackjack gameplay with an optional side-bet feature tied to a player’s opening two cards. If the initial hand totals 16, the side bet results in an automatic win, with payouts determined by the suits, colors and card values involved.

The game has gained industry recognition in recent years. Sweet 16 Blackjack ranked among the Top 10 Table Games in the Eilers & Krejcik U.S. Online Game Performance Report in both September 2024 and April 2026. It also received nominations for Top Performing New Online Table Game at the EKG Slot Awards in 2024 and 2025.

Avanti said its live casino technology is designed to make the title more immersive for players while also allowing scalability for operators. The company added that its provably fair random number generator system could create opportunities for the game to enter markets where traditional live casino products face operational restrictions.

The supplier is also preparing to introduce live Sweet 16 Blackjack in Canada later this year as part of its planned expansion into the market.

The agreement with HITSqwad arrives as Avanti continues to position itself within the live casino segment through technology-driven gaming products. The company’s platform combines motion capture systems with real-time streaming to create digital dealer experiences intended for regulated online gaming operators.
