Evolution to Undertake DigiWheel

Evolution, a forward-thinking provider of live casino games, has acquired DigiWheel, an excellent developer of HD spinning gaming wheels. This transaction will represent an all-cash deal with an up-front consideration of EUR 1 million. In addition, the provider will compensate an earn-out fee, based on DigiWheel’s EBITDA within the last three years. The deal will be sealed by the end of 2021 and subject to closing conditions.

The agreement will further boost Evolution’s position in the market via its latest partner’s exclusive and inventive digital solutions fused into Evolution’s live casino releases and game shows. The brand’s catalog already consists of wheel-based titles such as Dream Catcher, Crazy Time, and more.

DigiWheel will perform its activities as an independent brand within the Evolution Group alongside other companies such as NetEnt, Red Tiger, Ezugi, and Big Time Gaming. It will provide additional diversity to the supplier’s product offering for online and land-based brands.

The DigiWheel product is a unique solution, featuring a 360-degree, rotating HD wheel that can work as a live game. At the same time, the spinning wheel features an HD screen, that has the possibility to run any money wheel or prize wheel game such as Evolution’s game show wheel content.
