Amusnet has been named Bulgaria’s leading software company for the second consecutive year, reinforcing its position within the country’s technology sector as it continues to broaden its product offering and international presence.
The company secured first place in the software category of Capital Media’s Digitalk 101 rankings and placed fourth overall in the broader information and communications technology (ICT) classification. Only Bulgaria’s three largest telecommunications operators ranked higher in the overall standings.
The recognition comes during a period of continued expansion for the gaming technology provider, which recently entered the live casino segment through the launch of a new roulette-based product developed specifically for Romania’s regulated market.

Digitalk 101 is Capital’s annual assessment of leading companies operating within Bulgaria’s ICT sector. The 2026 edition evaluates company performance using financial results reported for 2025.
Within the software category, businesses are measured according to revenue generated from software development and software sales activities. Amusnet’s performance enabled it to retain the top position among software companies while also achieving a high placement across the broader technology sector.
According to the report, Bulgaria’s technology market is undergoing significant changes. The study describes a sector that has moved beyond a period of rapid expansion and is now adapting to evolving market conditions, including the growing influence of artificial intelligence.
The report also points to shifting dynamics across different segments of the technology industry. While traditional IT services and outsourcing businesses face changing demand patterns, sectors centered on software products, gaming, fintech and cloud infrastructure are generating increasing economic value.
Digitalk 101 identified operational efficiency, profitability and the ability to create high-value products as key factors behind strong business performance. Companies with scalable products and international reach were highlighted as examples of the direction in which the sector is evolving.
For Amusnet, the latest ranking reflects a decade of growth built around software development and gaming-related products. The company has continued to expand beyond its home market while maintaining a focus on product-driven revenue streams.
Romanian Live Casino Debut Marks New Direction
Alongside its recognition in the software rankings, Amusnet has recently taken steps into a new business segment with the introduction of Jungle Trail Roulette 2000x in Romania.
