888 Holdings, a prestigious provider of gambling content, has just selected Anna Barsby as the new Chief Product and Technology Officer.
Going forward, Barsby will work on pushing forward the Group’s tech integration after the combination of 888 and William Hill (done in July 2022). This will be part of efforts to seize the benefits of the integration of both businesses, especially in terms of enhancing user experience, and also a core part of the enhanced synergies.
The latest addition to the team is an expert in the field with extensive experience in digital transformation and integration. She was part of other companies such as Morrisons and Halfords, and CIO at the latter, as it went through a period of significant digital transformation. As a result of it, the company took notable market share and integrated a new service and brand.
Aside from her new role, Anna is also a Non-Executive Director at Cumberland Building Society.
Commenting on the new role, Itai Pazner, CEO of 888 Holdings, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Anna to our new executive leadership team, where she will play a pivotal role in driving forward the key area of technology integration as part of our transformational combination with William Hill. Her significant experience and expertise will be invaluable as we seek to unlock the significant potential of our two highly complementary businesses, and we very much look forward to working with her.”
