The company described Arrow Chase as a continuous experience centered on an arrow moving endlessly across a grid toward multiplier blocks. Players decide when to enter and leave gameplay while following the same live sequence as other participants.

According to ICONIC21, the title differs from common iGaming categories such as slots, roulette, crash games, and live game shows because it avoids the standard cycle-based structure typically found in casino products. Most traditional formats follow a sequence in which gameplay begins, progresses through an event, and then resets before the next round starts.
