Greentube Boosts its Software Development Capacity by Acquiring Ineor

Greentube, a part of NOVOMATIC Digital Gaming and Entertainment, has just completed another milestone in the industry by acquiring famous software producer, Ineor.

The latest deal will see Greentube purchasing 80% of the shares in Slovenian Ineor d.o.o., with a main objective of acquiring and incorporating key software development options and resources for the sake of the whole of Greentube group worldwide.

The takeover also involves know-how from Ineor, the developer’s widely established technology partner, in the online casino and sports betting sector.

Ineor is a cutting-edge company based in Ljubljana and active in computer programming. It also specializes in the production of gaming software. The brand currently provides its advanced software development services and top-tier digital solutions for several leading organizations.

The newest acquisition comes right after three more deals that have bolstered Greentube’s capabilities in the market. As a reminder, Greentube also acquired a 65% stake in Alteatec, enhancing its Casino Management System. It has also entered a joint venture with the fast-increasing studio Flamingocatz, to boost the creation of innovative, exciting games for North America.

The agreements also came after the acquisition of Present Creative, a US development studio with a track record of producing games for the iGaming and iLottery industries.

Additionally, Greentube also continues to establish worldwide presence by securing deals with top-notch brands. One of them is Scommettendo brand from Italy that will introduce the aggregator’s games.

Commenting on the new step, Michael Bauer, CFO/CGO at Greentube, says that the acquisition is a great one as the company continues to bolster its technology platform in something that will be a huge year for the company. Ineor has been a greatly valued partner for years and its incredible to be able to harness their resources in-house.
