Live casino games increased their visibility across several major European iGaming markets during the past year, according to new data covering the United Kingdom, Italy, and the Netherlands. The figures show a notable rise in live content across operator lobbies, accompanied by stronger positions for suppliers such as Evolution, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play.
The research examined content share and game visibility between mid-2025 and mid-2026 in three of Europe's largest regulated online gambling markets. While slots continued to dominate overall content distribution, live casino products recorded substantial gains, moving from a marginal category to one of the most prominent genres in several jurisdictions.
Live Content Records Stronger Market Share Across Europe
The United Kingdom showed a significant increase in live casino exposure. Genre content share data indicates that live games rose from less than 0.01% in June 2025 to 5.73% by June 2026. During the same period, slot content declined from 91.65% to 82.65%.
Provider rankings also reflected this shift. Evolution increased its content share from 0.08% to 3.47%, moving into fifth place among suppliers. Pragmatic Play remained the largest provider despite a decline from 15.53% to 13.44%, while Blueprint Gaming retained second place.
Game visibility figures highlighted the growing influence of Evolution's portfolio. Crazy Time led the UK live rankings with 34.13% visibility, followed closely by Playtech's Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live at 34.0%. Evolution titles Ice Fishing and Lightning Roulette also secured places near the top of the leaderboard.
Italy followed a similar trajectory. Live casino content increased from less than 0.01% in July 2025 to 5.19% by June 2026, becoming the second-largest genre behind slots. Slot content dropped from 93.97% to 83.92% during the same period.
Among providers, Evolution expanded from 0.08% content share to 3.33%, securing a position within Italy's top five suppliers. Playtech maintained second place overall, while Amusnet slightly increased its market share.
Visibility rankings showed Crazy Time holding the leading position in Italy with 41.05% visibility. Ice Fishing ranked second among Evolution titles at 26.36%, while Playtech placed several games in the upper portion of the leaderboard, including Roulette (Playtech), Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live, and Blackjack Italiano 1.
Netherlands Experiences the Fastest Change
The Netherlands recorded the most pronounced movement toward live casino content.
In June 2025, live games accounted for just 0.11% of genre content share. By June 2026, that figure had climbed to 7.59%, making live casino products the second-largest genre behind slots. Slot content fell from 90.74% to 80.15% during the same timeframe.
Evolution's provider share also rose sharply, increasing from 0.06% to 3.33%. Although Pragmatic Play remained the largest supplier with 11.63%, Evolution established a much stronger presence than a year earlier.
The Dutch live casino leaderboard demonstrated Evolution's dominance. Crazy Time occupied first place with 45.49% visibility, followed by Roulette Live, Ice Fishing, Lightning Roulette, Monopoly Big Baller, Red Door Roulette, Immersive Roulette, and several blackjack titles from the same provider.
The market also featured contributions from other suppliers. Pragmatic Play secured multiple positions with Money Time, ONE Blackjack, and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand. Playtech appeared with Roulette (Playtech), while ICONIC21 entered the top 15 through Roulette Lite.

Leading Suppliers Benefit From Growing Demand
The data suggests that live casino growth has benefited a relatively small group of providers across all three markets.
Evolution emerged as the largest beneficiary, increasing its presence in each country and placing numerous titles among the most visible games. Crazy Time consistently occupied the top position in the UK, Italy, and the Netherlands, while Ice Fishing gained substantial traction across all three markets.
Playtech maintained a strong competitive position, particularly through roulette and blackjack products. The company achieved multiple top-15 placements in every market covered by the research. Pragmatic Play also secured notable visibility through titles such as Money Time, ONE Blackjack, and Mega Roulette.
The UK displayed the broadest supplier diversity, with Ezugi retaining a presence among leading live games. Italy's rankings featured a stronger concentration of Evolution and Playtech products, while the Netherlands showed the highest level of Evolution dominance among top-performing live titles.
Overall, the figures point to increasing exposure for live casino products across Europe's regulated online gambling markets. While slots remain the largest content category, live games expanded their share considerably over the last twelve months and strengthened their position within operator lobbies in the United Kingdom, Italy, and the Netherlands.
