Eeze has entered a multi-year agreement with iGaming publisher Yggdrasil that will see the casino supplier develop its own slot games through Yggdrasil’s Studio in a Box platform, marking a significant step in the company’s plans to broaden its content offering beyond live casino products.

The partnership gives Eeze access to a complete slot development framework, allowing the company to create proprietary titles while operating as an independent studio within Yggdrasil’s wider ecosystem. The arrangement forms part of Eeze’s wider objective to strengthen its position as a multi-vertical supplier serving operators across international markets.

The deal comes during a period of expansion for Eeze, which recently increased its operational footprint in Malta through the opening of a new headquarters office capable of accommodating around 200 workstations.

Slot Development Plans Take Shape

Under the agreement, Eeze will utilize Yggdrasil’s Studio in a Box solution to build and launch original slot content. The platform combines multiple stages of game creation into a single workflow, covering design, mathematical modelling, testing, certification and launch procedures.

By integrating these processes, the system is intended to shorten development timelines while maintaining production standards. The arrangement is expected to provide Eeze with greater flexibility as it expands its gaming portfolio and responds to operator demand across different jurisdictions.

The first two slot titles produced through the partnership are scheduled to launch toward the end of the year. Following those releases, Eeze plans to introduce two new games per month for multiple markets as part of a broader content roadmap.

The company believes the agreement will support long-term growth by providing a foundation for scalable slot production while complementing its existing casino offerings.

Graeme Powrie, Chief Commercial Officer at Eeze, said: “This partnership with Yggdrasil is an important step in accelerating Eeze’s long-term ambition. Studio in a Box allows us to scale our slots strategy at pace, extend our reach in the market, and build on the work already done to position Eeze as a dynamic provider.

It sets us up strongly for the future as we continue to grow as a multi-vertical supplier.”

Yggdrasil Adds Eeze to Studio Ecosystem

For Yggdrasil, the agreement brings another content studio into its network of partners using its proprietary production technology and distribution infrastructure.

The company’s Studio in a Box™ offering is designed to help suppliers establish and scale slot development operations using Yggdrasil’s technology stack while retaining creative control over their products.

James Curwen, Chief Executive Officer at Yggdrasil, said: “Eeze has a clear vision for where it wants to go as a business, and Studio in a Box is built to support exactly that type of long-term growth. This partnership brings a commercially driven studio into our ecosystem, with the tools and structure needed to deliver original, market-ready slot content at scale.”

The first games developed through the partnership are expected to move through certification once development milestones are completed. Additional titles are planned throughout the duration of the multi-year arrangement.

Malta Expansion Supports Growth Strategy

The partnership announcement follows another recent milestone for Eeze, which expanded its presence in Malta through the opening of a new headquarters office at Quad Towers in Mrieħel’s Central Business District.

The facility occupies Levels 11 and 12 of the building and offers capacity for approximately 200 workstations. Around 180 employees have already relocated to the site, representing teams from Commercial, Technology, People, Legal and Compliance, Finance, Facilities and selected Operations functions.

The new office increases the company’s operational capacity in one of its key business hubs as it continues to grow its workforce and international presence.
