InstaCasino was established in 2014. They operate under the MT Secure Trade Limited umbrella company, who also own Guts, Rizk and Dunder as well as a few other online casinos. They are licenced by both the Maltese Gaming Authority and the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, giving them the rights to operate across most European markets. During our review we found that the quality of games in InstaCasino’s Evolution Gaming powered live casino was generally excellent, as well as their fast banking system. However, the lobby system could do with some work, as leaving the table and finding a new one took longer (and with less information available upfront) than at many of their competitors.

This is a decent collection but does not rival the diversity of developers that top-tier online casinos will have. The lobby system here is also a little confusing. As far as we could tell, despite searching high and wide, we could not access the standard Evolution lobby at InstaCasino. Instead, all the games are accessed from their live casino home page. However, none of the different blackjack or roulette tables are labelled with their limits on this page – which made finding the lower limit tables difficult and may cause problems for budget conscious players. This was one of the strangest methods of organising Evolution’s live casino lobby we’ve seen at any online casino, and we certainly wouldn’t recommend other casinos copying it. Once we got into the games though, they worked just as you would expect from Evolution – and that is, extremely well. The collection also features many of Evolution’s most innovative or newest titles, such as Lightning Roulette, Dream Catcher, Double Ball Roulette and Football Studio. Surprisingly absent though, is the super low stakes Party Blackjack.

Localisation & Native Tables

InstaCasino does not currently offer any live casino tables with dealers speaking languages other than English. The site comes in German, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian as well as both Canadian and UK English. They also offer customer support in all the above languages as well, which is pretty cool.

Private Tables

All the Evolution Gaming live casino tables at InstaCasino are the standard shared ones, and they do not feature any custom branded or exclusive tables.

Mobile

InstaCasino’s site is well designed and smooth to operate on both mobile desktop. This was probably the best feature of their site. Even though some information is lacking from the live casino games page, the clean but vibrant visual style and user experience was high quality overall. The different categories were neatly organised into a tick-box sidebar which allows you to sort several game types into one unique page filled with the games that you like. This system transferred well over to mobile in our experience. InstaCasino do not currently have a dedicated application for iOS or Android, but the site worked well in browser from the multiple devices we tested it on.

VISA takes 1-3 days, although many customers report it taking less than 24 hours. Withdrawals by Trustly are made on the same day. Bank transfers may take a little longer, up to five days in some cases. Although we would say that, again, InstaCasino is very upfront with this information.
