Avanti Studios has formally entered the live casino supplier market, introducing a technology-driven model that replaces physical dealer studios with motion-captured, AI-rendered digital dealers. Founded by industry veterans Gustaf Hagman and Jonas Delin, the Stockholm-based company says its approach is designed to resolve long-standing operational challenges associated with traditional live casino production.

Rather than relying on staffed studios and on-site dealers, Avanti records the movements and techniques of experienced land-based croupiers in its own in-house motion capture studio. These recordings are converted into digital dealer replicas that host real-time multiplayer casino sessions. According to the company, the system allows operators to customize dealer appearance, language, pacing, and table presentation to align with local requirements and brand standards.

Avanti states that all gameplay is streamed live, with no pre-recorded elements involved. Every card draw, wheel spin, and dice roll takes place in real time, maintaining the same session integrity expected from physical casino tables. The company emphasizes that its multiplayer format ensures transparency and simultaneous interaction for all players connected to a table.

Product Rollout and Market Entry Plans

The supplier plans to begin its commercial rollout during the first quarter of 2026, focusing initially on regulated markets. Spain will serve as the first launch territory, where operators will gain access to Avanti’s Toro vs. Matador Live title and Live Blackjack. The company noted that this is significant in a market where only live roulette had previously been permitted.

Beyond the initial launch, Avanti’s early product lineup includes several Live Blackjack and Live Baccarat variants, along with Dragon Tiger and localized Top Card formats. Additional proprietary game formats are scheduled for release in the first half of 2026. The company also confirmed that it is already engaged in advanced discussions with established operator brands regarding platform integration and distribution.

Avanti’s live casino experience is delivered through a proprietary cloud-based Unreal Engine streaming protocol built with mobile users in mind. The system streams high-definition video directly to players, enabling consistent performance across devices without reliance on traditional studio infrastructure.

Hagman outlined the company’s guiding principle during the announcement, stating: “Player trust has always been the cornerstone of live casino success. At Avanti, we preserve that trust through genuine real-time multiplayer action while leveraging next-gen technology for flawless execution and scalability. This is Live Casino done better – it’s authentic, reliable, and has been built for the future.”

Operational Model and Cost Structure

A central element of Avanti’s strategy is reducing the fixed costs typically associated with live casino operations. By eliminating physical studios, dealer staffing, shift scheduling, and ongoing maintenance, the company says operators can significantly lower overhead while retaining a fully live product offering. Avanti offers flexible commercial arrangements, including revenue-share or subscription-based models, allowing operators to deploy branded tables on demand with minimal setup time.

The company estimates that its model can reduce live casino operating costs by approximately 50 to 60 percent. Avanti argues that this flexibility enables faster entry into new markets and supports a wider range of table limits, languages, and localized formats without additional infrastructure investment.

Delin described the company’s technology-first focus, saying: “Traditional Live Casino has been slow to embrace innovation. We’ve put technology at the centre, eliminating human error and operational bottlenecks so that operators can focus on growth whilst providing the best possible player experience. Our model enables rapid game launches, continuous feature updates, and game innovation at a pace the industry has never seen in this vertical.”

Avanti’s founders bring prior experience in live gaming and online betting. Hagman previously co-founded LeoVegas and later oversaw its acquisition by MGM Resorts, while Delin founded Authentic Gaming, which Genting acquired in 2019. With its motion capture-based dealer system and cloud-native delivery model, Avanti is positioning itself as a new entrant aiming to reshape how live casino content is produced and scaled globally.
