Imagine Live Gains Ontario License, Expands Presence

Imagine Live has secured approval to operate in Ontario’s regulated iGaming market, marking a new phase in the company’s expansion strategy as it continues to enter licensed jurisdictions.

The supplier confirmed that its live casino products have been granted a B2B license in the province, allowing locally licensed operators to integrate its offerings into their platforms. The development adds Ontario to a growing list of regulated markets where the company is active.

Ontario is widely regarded as one of the most established and competitive online gambling jurisdictions globally. The province opened its regulated iGaming market to private operators in 2022, creating opportunities for suppliers and service providers to partner with licensed platforms.

By obtaining the B2B license, Imagine Live can now offer its live casino portfolio to operators in the province, enabling them to expand their content libraries with additional live dealer experiences. The company said this step aligns with its broader objective of increasing its footprint in regulated environments.

Martin Martirosyan, CEO of Imagine Live Group, highlighted the importance of the milestone, stating, “We look forward to working with operators in Ontario and continuing to build our presence across new markets.”

In a separate statement, he added, “This one has been in the pipeline for some time and we now very much look forward to working with operators in Ontario and continuing to build our presence across North America”.

The company’s expansion into Ontario comes as it continues to grow its operational capabilities and product lineup. Imagine Live currently runs studios in multiple locations, including Armenia, Romania, and Spain, supporting a range of live casino games designed for international audiences.

Its portfolio includes traditional table game formats as well as newer concepts aimed at differentiating the player experience. Licensed operators in Ontario will now have access to these offerings, which the company says are designed to provide a distinct alternative within the live casino segment.

The approval also reflects the regulatory and technical requirements that suppliers must meet to enter Ontario’s market. Imagine Live noted that the process involved aligning its systems and operations with the standards expected in leading jurisdictions.
