I won a lot here and then it took forever to get verified and while I was waiting for them to verify they cut my winnings in half. After I got verified the first wire was denied then the second went through but they said that it had triggered security measures and they kicked me off there site and only paid me a third of what my payout was supposed to be

Little laggy and game glitched some times. Some times couldn't see cause of phones site. Had to switch to desktop site with my phones view and back to mobile site view options on my phone in order to see all of some slot games. Games free spin low pay out. Older games for those not to fun.

Vegas crest raised my limit to $200 a day. They also said they do not control deposit limits it is up to a 3rd party processor company these . This is just a follow-up to my previous post/review about Vegas Crest. After some back & forth, a Vegas Crest casino manager did decide to award my account with the WR pursuant to the actual free spins/chip. This is completely fair to me, as I never asked for any money back or any type of refund. Just an explanation of, what I perceived, as wasted time. The manager went above and beyond, in my opinion, to keep me as a client, and so they have. The T&C relative to my situation is a bit operose, and I would definitely advise all current and prospective clients of Vegas Crest to make sure that they are aware of this....tough rule. In the end, I'm extremely happy with the outcome, and it definitely speaks to their preeminent customer service, and problem solving tactics, in the online casino industry.
Terrible, when I finally got in the site, my $25 was $12 (and I hadn’t played!!) and I could not play ANY OF THE GAMES. It would not let me click play on anything. I finally found 1 game it loaded and I was up a bit and while changing my bet, it started auto spinning on FIVE BUCKS PER SPIN and would not stop. Lost all of my money at NO FAULT OF MINE. This is a great casino for their variety of games. They have many bonuses for depositors and a nice rewards program but they lack free bonuses which is why I am not a frequent depositor here. They accept bitcoin which is also a plus especially for withdrawing.
