Ezugi Launches Chinese New Year Auto Roulette

Ezugi has introduced a new themed roulette product to mark the Lunar New Year, while also continuing to broaden its live casino footprint through partnerships with land-based venues.

The supplier announced that its Chinese New Year Auto Roulette is now live. Drawing inspiration from Lunar New Year celebrations, the game centers on themes associated with the holiday, including good fortune, prosperity, and new beginnings. The automated format allows for continuous rounds of play, supported by what the company describes as seamless performance within a festive visual setting.

The launch adds a seasonal option to Ezugi’s live casino catalog, which includes traditional table games and customized variations. By combining automated gameplay with a culturally themed presentation, the company aims to offer a roulette experience that reflects one of the world’s most widely observed celebrations.

The Chinese New Year release follows another recent addition to Ezugi’s portfolio. The game, branded M!Live Empire Casino Roulette, was developed in collaboration with Metropolitan Gaming.

The live table currently serves customers of Metropolitan Gaming through metgaming.com. According to the companies, the offering seeks to connect in-person casino activity with remote access, allowing online users to participate at a physical roulette table located on the Empire Casino gaming floor.

Players who log in to the stream view professional dealers operating a real roulette wheel inside the Leicester Square venue. The setup mirrors the tempo and environment of on-site play, with real-time interaction forming part of the experience. Instead of broadcasting from a dedicated studio, Ezugi uses its OTT technology to transmit gameplay directly from an existing casino floor.

This approach enables operators to extend their land-based presence to digital audiences. Empire Casino’s physical tables become accessible to players who are not at the property, while maintaining the visual context of a working casino. Ezugi has indicated that it plans to make the OTT roulette table available to additional operators in its network in the coming weeks.

The company stated that the system merges the credibility associated with a bricks-and-mortar casino with the distribution capacity required for online platforms. For operators, the model offers a way to expand brand reach without removing focus from in-venue gaming.
