As Amusnet begins its 10th anniversary year in 2026, the supplier used ICE Barcelona to underline how its live casino portfolio has developed into a central pillar of its wider business. The exhibition served as a snapshot of the company’s broader evolution, highlighting steady international growth and a continued emphasis on technology-led, studio-driven gaming experiences.

At the show, Amusnet positioned itself as a multi-vertical provider, presenting its full product range with Live Casino taking a prominent role. Two new titles formed the core of that presentation: Vegas Gobbler Live, added to the Live Slot Games category, and Candy Wheel, introduced within the Live Game Show vertical. Both releases were designed to demonstrate how themed entertainment, real-time hosting, and high production standards can deepen player interaction while giving operators flexible tools to shape engagement.

Live game shows and slots take the spotlight

According to Marin Dimitrov, Head of Live Casino at Amusnet, live game shows are becoming a more significant component of the live casino mix. “We see game shows becoming an increasingly important part of the Live Casino ecosystem. Players are looking for immersive, entertaining environments that offer escapism. Vegas Gobbler Live and Candy Wheel bring together strong thematic identity, live interaction, and modern presentation formats to drive engagement and extend session time,” he said.

Vegas Gobbler Live debuted at the Barcelona event and represents an important addition to the company’s Live Slot Games portfolio. Built around the character Oscar the Gobbler, the game places players in a Las Vegas-inspired setting, combining slot-style mechanics with a live-hosted format.

Dimitrov described the structure of the game in detail: “Players are immersed in a live-hosted experience where elegant visuals meet thrilling gameplay. Poker suitcases fill with chips to trigger the Hold & Win feature, while Mystery symbols unlock additional surprises. The three poker chips—Collect, Multi, and Extra—add depth and excitement. When the grid is completely filled, the Gobbler Chip Multiplier is activated, boosting total wins by up to 5x.”

Candy Wheel also drew attention at the stand. The live game show features a brightly colored wheel divided into 50 segments, each linked to different payout outcomes. Players wager on six available sectors, referred to as tickets, to predict where the wheel will land. One of the game’s retention mechanics is the Candy Ticket, which acts as a free bet for the following round.

A live presenter hosts the game, announcing outcomes and engaging directly with players. Multiple camera angles and high-definition streaming support a show-style format intended to keep energy levels high throughout each session.

Classic formats supported by new mechanics

While new game shows attracted interest, Amusnet emphasized that traditional live casino titles remain the foundation of its revenue. “Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat continue to be our baseline performers,” Dimitrov said. He noted that enhanced versions of these games are gaining traction because they encourage greater interaction and repeat play, while game shows introduce entertainment-led mechanics that appeal to a broader audience.

Localisation was highlighted as a key performance factor across all live products. Dimitrov explained that adapting language, presentation style, and themes to individual markets builds player trust and improves adoption rates.

In December, Amusnet expanded its live portfolio further with the launch of Eye of Ra Roulette 2000x. The game combines standard roulette gameplay with multiplier features, framed within an Ancient Egypt theme. One distinguishing element is an outside multiplier, a feature Amusnet says is currently exclusive to its offering.

“Each round is hosted by a professional presenter who guides players through the action with confidence and charisma. High-quality streaming, vivid animations, dynamic camera angles, and immersive sound design bring the ancient theme to life while delivering a premium live experience,” Dimitrov said.

Operator tools and international expansion plans

Beyond individual games, Amusnet used ICE Barcelona to showcase operator-facing tools designed to support engagement strategies. These included Golden Chips, which enable in-game rewards during live sessions, and a Tournament Tool that allows operators to run structured live events aimed at improving retention and competition.

Looking ahead, the company confirmed plans to enter the Greek and Italian markets in 2026, alongside continued expansion in existing regions. Amusnet also identified Latin America as a strategic growth area, with secured plans already in place.

Dimitrov said execution remains the company’s main differentiator in a crowded market. “We differentiate through execution, premium production quality, clear presentation, and a visually strong, easy-to-follow player experience,” he said. He added that operator needs around integration, stability, customisation, and localisation increasingly shape development priorities.

He concluded: “Player behaviour data guides decisions around pacing, UI clarity, and engagement mechanics that directly impact retention. Operator feedback shapes commercial and operational priorities, from limits and table configurations to scalability. By continuously adapting to regional performance and player expectations, our goal is measurable improvement in retention and cross-sell, supported by powerful operator-facing tools such as bonuses and tournaments.”
