
Symplify, the Stockholm-based leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, has announced an expansion of its partnership with MegaRush Casino, an online casino operator.
Building on a successful four-year collaboration, Symplify will now extend its comprehensive CRM services to three additional brands under the MegaRush license. MegaRush Casino is known for its mobile-first approach, offering a diverse range of slots, scratchcards, live casino, and instant win games.
This new agreement provides MegaRush and its associated brands access to Symplify’s advanced Journey Builder and Campaign Manager modules. These tools are designed to enhance player engagement through personalized and AI-optimized experiences.
Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules integrate seamlessly with the existing CRM infrastructure, operating across multiple communication channels. This includes email, SMS, dynamic web content, and browser push notifications, ensuring a consistent and engaging player experience.
