Weekly Live Casino News Roundup #14
Evolution Launches Super Sic-Bo
Sic Bo is a popular title for many live casino players, so it’s no wonder that market-leading supplier Evolution Gaming has finally decided to put out their own table of this classic dice game.
The general format of Sic Bo has not changed in hundreds of years, with players betting on the result of three dice spins. The game features a huge variety of options for betting, including individual dice scores, total scores, doubles, triples, odds, evens and more.
In Evolution’s Super Sic Bo however, the betting board gets random multipliers scattered on them after each round of bets. These start at 5x and go as high as 1000x, if you’re lucky.
The table features Evolution’s typical crisp HD streaming with a high production quality. The studio is decked out in an oriental fashion, suiting the origins of this game.
Bets start at £0.10 and go up as high as £1000.
Super Sic Bo should be rolled out at Evolution powered live casinos across the market in the coming weeks, but for now you can try it out at Leo Vegas.

First Swiss Online Casinos Set to go Live in July
Swiss gamblers rejoice – legal online casino gaming will soon be coming to your country. The European nation’s regulatory service, ESBK, announced this week that four physical casino operators have applied for an online casino licence, after the new legal market was voted in by lawmakers last summer.
These four casinos are: Grand Casino Baden, Grand Casino Davos, Grand Casino Lucerne and Casino Zurichsee. Whilst concrete plans for live casino services are a way off yet, Swiss Casino (who own Casino Zurichsee) have already signed a deal with PlayTech to provide games for their platform.
Swiss physical casinos will have a six-month head start on international operators, giving Swiss customers the chance to try locally-based online casinos before anyone else moves in.
We’ll keep you updated on this, and any related news, over the coming months.
Betsson Rebranding Kroon and Oranje Casino
Kroon Casino customers may have been a little confused this week, as upon visiting the site you may have found yourself redirected to Casino Winner instead. But fear not, this is all legit.
After facing a big fine from the Dutch regulators a month or so ago, umbrella owner Betsson has decided to completely change tack with its two most popular Dutch-facing brands.
This means Kroon Casino has become Casino Winner, and Oranje Casino will shortly become Loyal Casino. This second change hasn’t happened just yet, but we are 99% certain it will happen in the next few weeks.
All casino balances will be transferred over and, in the case of Kroon/Casino Winner, players will also bag a nice ‘celebration bonus’ to make up for any stress or confusion caused.
Hopefully they will keep their impressive Dutch-focused private tables, which we noted in our review. Although, since they were Kroon branded this might not be too likely for the time being.
25% Back on Net Live Casino Losses up to £100 at Rizk
We know bad runs happen, even on live casino games with low house edges and perfect strategy. Some days – you just get unlucky.
Well, you might be pleased to know that Rizk Casino is here to take some sting out of those losses when they do occur.

That’s literally it. No wagering requirements, and minimum loss of just £1 to qualify. Cashback must be claimed within 7 days.
Record Profits for Evolution in Q1
With the recent launch of the super fun Monopoly: Live wheel game, as well as Sic Bo, you’d be a fool to have thought Evolution Gaming have had a bad year.
But their quarterly report says they’ve done even better than you might have thought. With revenue rising up to £68.53 million, up 54% on the same period last year, and a tidy profit of £24.72 million from that – the kings of the live casino market don’t seem like giving up their pole position anytime soon.
This all follows on from an impressive end of 2018, that saw Evolution sign deals with LottoQuebec, SvenskaSpel and Hasbro, amongst others.
Always great to see a company that provides quality products reaping the just rewards for their endeavours!
