CompetitionLabs’ software allows casinos to track the metrics and gameplay habits of their customers, to help provide tailored promotions and experiences.
Players who exclusively visit the live casino, for example, will see live casino content more often and may even get exclusive promotions and ‘achievements’.

We look forward to seeing what they come up with!
Rizk Live Blackjack Challenge
This April Rizk Casino are hosting a live blackjack tournament, every week.
Running every day, except before 10am on Wednesday mornings, the top five tournament winners will receive a share of a £2000 prize pool.
Where most casino blackjack tournaments go on total amount wagered, Rizk have gone for 1 point for each hand wagered at £10 or more. That’s whether you win or lose – the hand still counts as 1 point.
This structure puts the high-rollers on a level pegging with the more budget players, creating a fairer tournament for all.
The prizes are structured as follows:
Players from Sweden are not allowed to participate and bet-behind wagers do not count either. Best of luck!
Pragmatic Play to Launch in Bucharest
One of our better-liked developers, Pragmatic Play, has just announced that they’ve been given a license to open a new studio in Bucharest, Romania.
The Romanian regulator, ONJN, issued them a Class II licence to start immediately.
The new studio will feature 43 live tables, including live roulette, blackjack and baccarat, as well as special variants of these games such as speed roulette, and baccarat super six.
“We enter this extremely competitive market with an outstanding multichannel solution that gives us every confidence we can reach and surpass the highest industry standards” said Pragmatic’s Chief Development Officer Yossi Barzley, in a statement about the deal.
Casumo Fined £300,000 by Dutch Regulators
Casumo is one our favourite online casinos here at LiveDealers.com. However – we would be doing you, our readers, a disservice if we didn’t tell you about the disputes some companies may get involved in from time to time.
This week, Casumo has become the latest operator to fall foul of the Dutch regulatory body Kansspelautoriteit, or KSA. They were fined an eye-watering €310,000, after the watch-dog investigated the Casumo website and deemed that they were targeting Dutch players without a valid license to do so.
Hopefully this ruling will put a line under the whole affair and Casumo, and other casinos, can move onto a better relationship with the Netherlands in the future.
Guts Consecutive Blackjacks Bonus
Have you ever pulled two, three or even four blackjacks in a row while playing live online? We know we’ve had two in a row, and that was good enough for us.
However, not for Guts this April.
With this great little promotion, any player who pulls two or more blackjacks in a row on one of Gut’s Evolution blackjack tables will receive an extra cash bonus on top of the usual prize.
This increases up to five blackjacks in a row, as follows:
- Get two Blackjacks in a row for €20.
- Get three Blackjacks in a row for €200.
- Four Blackjacks for €300.
- Five Blackjacks in a row – €400.
In the astonishingly lucky event that you pull five blackjacks in a row, we reckon you deserve the €400 to be honest. Still, this is a nice and enticing promotion from Guts.
You get one win per day, which is the highest prize you get to. Pushes, where the dealer also gets a blackjack, do not count towards a streak.
