Now entering its twelfth year, the SBC Awards has become one of the most anticipated events for the global betting and iGaming industry. The 2025 ceremony has already marked a milestone by surpassing past participation records, with more companies than ever submitting entries across 37 award categories. These span critical areas of the sector, including payments, marketing, operations, and technology.
This year’s competition features some of the industry’s biggest names. Pragmatic Play and Sportradar lead the way with seven nominations each, while Playtech, Bragg Gaming, Novibet, and Top Bet also earned multiple shortlistings.
Vivo Gaming’s nomination in the Live Casino Supplier category places it among a particularly competitive field, with fellow nominees such as BETCORE, ICONIC21, Ezugi, SA Gaming, Winfinity Limited, Amber Studios, and CreedRoomz all vying for recognition.
Adding to the evening’s star power, football legend Peter Schmeichel will once again return as co-host. The former Manchester United goalkeeper and Euro 1992 champion was praised for his on-stage charisma at last year’s ceremony and is expected to deliver the same level of energy and presence this time around.
