Pragmatic Play has broadened the capabilities of its Enhance promotional platform with the launch of Collect & Win, introducing new collection-focused mechanics designed to give operators additional ways to engage players across casino products.
The latest addition extends a gamification suite that the company has been developing since 2019. Collect & Win introduces two new collection-based features and a reward-reveal element, all of which can be tailored by operators to suit specific promotional campaigns.
The rollout is now available across Pragmatic Play’s slot and live casino portfolio and has been deployed throughout the supplier’s global partner network.
Supplier-driven gamification tools have become increasingly important across the online gaming sector as operators look for new ways to encourage player participation and distinguish their casino offerings. With Collect & Win, Pragmatic Play is adding another layer of customisable promotional functionality to its existing toolkit.
New Collection Mechanics Added to Enhance
The Collect & Win framework introduces Text Drops and Card Drops, both of which are designed around gathering virtual items during gameplay.
Through Text Drops, players receive letters, words or numbers that contribute toward completing a designated collection. Card Drops follows a similar concept, awarding virtual playing cards that can be assembled into card hands.
These features join the existing Wheel Drops mechanic already available within the Enhance suite. Operators can determine the overall theme of a promotion, decide how many items participants must collect and select how rewards are distributed once objectives have been met.
The update also includes Pick A Chest, a reward-reveal feature connected to the collection process. After players gather the required number of items—whether words, cards or wheel pieces—they gain access to a selection of nine virtual chests. Choosing one of the chests reveals the prize earned through the promotion.
Rather than functioning as a separate product, Pick A Chest forms part of the broader Collect & Win structure and provides an additional level of player interaction before rewards are awarded.
Continuing Development of the Enhance Suite
Collect & Win represents the latest stage in the ongoing expansion of Enhance, which has gradually accumulated a variety of promotional tools over the past several years.
Earlier additions to the platform have included tournament functionality, random prize-drop mechanics and different free-round formats. Pragmatic Play also introduced a Free Chips feature for live casino content in March 2025. More recently, the supplier added Missions in April 2026, providing operators with configurable player challenges that can be adapted to different campaigns.
