iGaming content provider ICONIC21 has introduced iDealer Blackjack, a new seven-seat RNG blackjack title that integrates a live AI-powered dealer into the traditional online table game format.

The release was developed in partnership with RAVATAR, whose real-time AI avatar technology powers the game’s interactive dealer system. The companies said the product responds to growing demand from online casino players seeking a more engaging experience during RNG table gameplay.

Unlike standard RNG blackjack products that rely entirely on automated gameplay mechanics, iDealer Blackjack adds a live AI-driven character capable of interacting with players during each session. The companies described the feature as an enhancement to conventional RNG blackjack rather than a replacement for live dealer casino products.

AI Dealer Designed to Increase Player Interaction

According to ICONIC21, the AI-powered dealer operates in real time rather than through scripted or pre-recorded responses. The virtual dealer greets users by nickname, reacts to the pace of gameplay, and engages in conversations when tables become inactive.

The system also stores information from previous player interactions to create familiarity over time. Developers said the dealer maintains consistent speech patterns, realistic lip synchronization, and multilingual understanding.

The AI character can interpret player messages in multiple languages while replying in English with localized expressions intended to make interactions feel more natural for different markets.

ICONIC21 also incorporated a live-streamed backdrop taken from one of its gaming studios to create a setting that visually connects the AI-powered dealer with a real-world environment.

The company said the goal was to make the experience feel more immersive while maintaining the speed and structure of RNG blackjack gameplay.

Operators Offered Expanded Customization Options

The company stated that the new blackjack product was developed with operator flexibility in mind. Existing customization features for RNG blackjack tables remain available, including changes to table layouts, card designs, and visual backdrops.

Additional tools currently under development will allow operators to modify the AI dealer’s appearance, voice, personality traits, and speaking style to match their brand identity and target audience.

ICONIC21 said the language functionality could also support localization efforts across multiple jurisdictions by adapting interactions to regional player preferences.

Edvardas Sadovskis, Chief Product Officer at ICONIC21, said the company views the product as an evolution of RNG gaming rather than a substitute for live casino tables.

“iDealer Blackjack is a natural progression for RNG tables. It’s important to highlight that this product is not a challenge to live casino as we know it. The AI-powered dealer is not trying to be human. It is exactly what it is: an expressive, well-built companion that makes the game more engaging,” Sadovskis said.

He added that players were already using the AI dealer for broader conversations beyond standard blackjack gameplay.

“One of the most interesting things we’ve already noticed is how players interact with it. Because they understand they are speaking to artificial intelligence, conversations go far beyond standard live casino chat. Players are asking about history, world facts, random trivia, jokes, and all kinds of unexpected topics during gameplay. This creates a completely different level of engagement around the table,” he said.

Sadovskis also indicated that the platform’s customization capabilities will continue expanding after launch.

Partnership Signals Broader AI Ambitions in iGaming

RAVATAR CEO Ruslan Synytsky described the project as part of a wider shift toward AI-driven interaction within the online gaming sector.
