Evolution Launches Live Craps in Michigan Online Casino Market

Posted on May 18, 2023 | 5:48 am

Evolution, the world’s most prominent supplier of live dealer games for online casinos, has announced that its Live Craps game has been made available for online casino operators in the American state of Michigan.

Michigan would be the third U.S. state for this live casino game to be made available in, following successful launches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2022. The game was first launched in Europe back in 2020.

This live casino title is set in a dedicated studio, styled to look like an authentic speakeasy. The game is hosted by a professional dealer, making players feel like being in a real land-based casino.

However, the live dealer version provided by Evolution offers a few additional features in the user interface, including “My Numbers”, which displays the possible payouts for every possible result. The game also has a “Dynamic Statistics” feature, which allows players to see constantly updated game statistics displayed on boards on the studio wall.

The Very First Online Live Craps Game

Speaking about the product launch in Michigan, Jeff Millar, Chief Commercial Officer for North America at Evolution, was keen to remind everyone that Live Craps is “the very first online live craps game in the industry.”

The Evolution executive added that the launch of this game in an American state can be seen “as a true landmark moment” because craps is “an iconic game” with a very long history in the United States of America.

“Our Live Craps captures all the excitement of a traditional craps table, along with the atmosphere of the speakeasy era. I’m confident that players in Michigan will love our live craps,” Jeff Millar concluded.

Evolution recently announced that it recorded a revenue increase in the first quarter of 2023. The company’s revenue for the first three months of 2023 amounted to 429.6 million euros, a figure which represents an increase of 31.5 percent compared to the same period of 2022, when the supplier generated 326.8 million euros in revenue.
