Pragmatic Play has added a new collection-based promotion format to Enhance, giving operators more control over how rewards are built into its casino games. Collect & Win expands the suite with mechanics based on gathering items before players reach a prize stage.
The feature introduces Text Drops, which distributes words, letters and numbers for players to collect into a completed set. Card Drops follows a different format, using virtual playing cards that players gather to create hands. Both operate within Collect & Win and can be configured by operators.
Operators can choose the theme attached to a promotion and set the number of collectibles required before a reward becomes available. They can also determine how prizes are delivered, making the collection requirements part of a wider promotional setup.
Pick A Chest Adds A Final Reward Choice
The update also includes Pick A Chest, which comes into play once the required number of collectibles has been gathered. Depending on the promotion, those items can consist of words, cards or wheel pieces.
At that point, players select one of nine chests to reveal their reward. The mechanic works as part of Collect & Win, adding a prize-reveal stage to the collection process.
The feature sits alongside Wheel Drops, which was already part of Enhance. Collect & Win has been made available across Pragmatic Play’s slot and live casino titles and has been rolled out globally through the supplier’s partner network.
The release gives operators another way to configure promotional activity around games already available through Pragmatic Play. The company has been developing Enhance since 2019, gradually adding different types of promotional mechanics to the suite.

Enhance Continues To Add Promotional Features
Earlier additions to Enhance included in-game tournaments, random prize drops and free-round variations. Pragmatic Play added Free Chips for live casino titles in March 2025, followed by Missions in April 2026.
Missions provides a configurable player challenge system, while Collect & Win focuses on accumulating items before reaching a reward. The latest addition therefore brings a different structure to the suite while remaining within the same operator-configurable platform.
