Aristocrat Takes Over Roxor Gaming

Aristocrat Leisure Limited has just signed a deal to obtain UK-based iGaming content provider, Roxor Gaming Limited.

Established in 2019 by ex Gamesys Chairman and co-founder Noel Hayden, Roxor was an in-house studio and production team of the Gamesys Group. As of 2019, the company has invested in its content portfolio, boosting it with award-winning solutions, RGS, technology, and the gaming ecosystem. Going forward, it will feature its content in New Jersey while also looking to expand in the UK and North America.

The acquisition of Roxor Gaming enables Aristocrat to speed up its online RMG strategy thanks to the scalable technology and more than 20 years of experience in casino games development.

Commenting on the new milestone, Mitchell Bowen, CEO, Online RMG, Aristocrat, said:

According to the expectations, the acquisition will be closed in the 1st quarter of 2023, after it gets regulatory approvals. This transaction saw CMS acting as legal advisor and Moelis & Company LLC acting as financial advisor for Roxor.
