SOFTSWISS Launches Live Game Tournaments

Posted on April 11, 2024 | 12:40 pm

SOFTSWISS, the up-and-coming international provider of software and content for online casinos and sports betting websites, has announced that its online casino operator partners will have a new tool at their disposal: Live Game Tournaments.

The feature was included in the company’s Game Aggregator, a content platform that is currently being used by several online casinos from all around the world. The new feature was built by drawing inspiration from the success of the supplier’s slot tournaments which have been proven to increase player engagement. In fact, the company’s own research indicates that average daily bets per user have increased by 22 percent when the Tournament Tool was in use.

Online casino operators that are in partnership with SOFTSWISS can now customize their tournaments for different player segments. That is particularly useful since live dealer games attract a fairly specific audience type, with players that like to interact with the dealers and enjoy a real-time experience while slot game fans represent another audience segment. However, players from both segments seem to enjoy being competitive and interacting with others.

Hybrid Tournaments Made Possible

Moreover, online casino operators can choose which of their casinos participate in the live game tournaments, which countries, and also which of the games in their portfolio will be included in the competitions. Operators can also create hybrid tournaments, which include both slots and live dealer games.

The SOFTSWISS Tournament Tool also includes an in-game interface that makes communication about gaming campaigns very easy, keeping the players informed about the ongoing and upcoming events within the tournament. There is also a leaderboard widget on hand, making the tracking of the standings a breeze.

Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, revealed that for now live games such as blackjack, roulette and poker are included in the supplier’s Live Game Tournaments, but other types of games will be added in the future.

SOFTSWISS has partnerships in place with almost each of the big suppliers of live dealer games, including Evolution, BETER Live, Winfinity, Pragmatic Play, Amusnet, LuckyStreak, TVBET, Playtech, Vivo Gaming, Authentic Gaming and Ezugi.

The company started out in 2008 as a business which was offering software for online auctions. Since then it gradually expanded and developed into an international company with over 2,000 employees, offering solutions for the iGaming industry through partnerships with other reputable companies in the sector.
