Provider of online affiliate and content marketing solutions, Raketech, has just acquired a premium iGaming affiliate operator called, Lead Republik. The recent acquisition will allow Raketech to enhance its presence in the global markets as part of the long-lasting expansion plan.

About Transaction

Leading online affiliate Group has announced that they had “delivered on an important milestone on the company’s geographical expansion strategy by announcing that it acquires all assets of Lead Republik Ltd.”

According to the company’s statement, “Raketech’s revenues outside the Nordics are expected to reach approximately 20 percent of the group’s total revenues.”

Both operators agreed the value of a transaction in the amount of €1.4 million. There is a possibility for additional payments which depend on performance in the following period. The deal will see all Lead workers becoming part of Raketech. 

What Was Stated

Reacting on the recent deal, Raketech CEO, Oskar Mühlbach mentioned:

“This acquisition is ticking a lot of strategic boxes, as it gives us a further footprint in markets important for our key partners at the same time as it contributes with technical know-how in form of a high qualitative technical platform together within competence within conversion optimization and paid media. We further see strong synergies when combining Lead Republik’s offering with our know-how, within organic search.”

He added:

“I am furthermore really glad to have the brilliant Lead Republik team on board and to be able to conclude that the Sellers will continue their involvement for the upcoming 12 months in order to secure a smooth handover and accelerate further expansion into new markets.”

Previous Activity

Raketech affiliate provider is making further steps in acquiring worldwide markets. The company recently launched the Casino.Fever.ca platform, optimized for Canadian based customers. This movement has opened additional space for Raketech growth in North America while providing Canadian users with access to the online gaming world.
