LeoVegas Group has just secured an agreement to obtain a majority stake in the famous developer, Push Gaming, via its arm LeoVentures. Thanks to its award-winning game suite, the company is one of the leading and most inventive game developers, with famous titles such as Razor Shark, Wild Swarm, Big Bamboo, and Jammin’ Jars available on top operators around the globe. The acquisition is in line with LeoVegas Group’s mission to extend through investing in game creation and distribution.
The acquisition will be done via LeoVegas Group’s investment arm LeoVentures, which is in line with the company’s expansion strategy. The obtainment of Push will further enhance LeoVegas Group’s exposure to the fast-growing slots vertical. In addition, Push’s in-house technologies, intellectual property, and development knowledge will boost the Group’s content production activities, and support plans for regular growth.
Push Gaming will keep working as an independent entity with the support of its management team. The company already has 100+ employees who will that proceed to develop high-quality titles, delivered via their platform and remote gaming server (RGS). It is Co-founders Winston Lee and James Marshall will keep their positions as COO and CEO.
The transaction should be approved and completed in the third quarter of 2023.
