Evolution Boosted US-Wide Presence Via BetMGM Deal

Evolution Gaming has signed a US-wide agreement with New Jersey-based BetMGM, a sportsbook and iGaming platform established by the joint venture between MGM Resorts International and GVC Holdings. According to the deal, the world’s largest provider of live casino solutions will provide the full suite of its live games to all brands run by Bet MGM across the US.

The most recent partnership will significantly expand the existing range of live dealer tables delivered for BetMGM in New Jersey by Ezugi, acquired by Evolution at the beginning of 2019. Founded in July 2018, BetMGM has leveraged a range of new opportunities created by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the U.S. federal Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA).

…numerous variants of Evo’s blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and other popular titles, as well as its immersive show-style games, will be available to BetMGM’s players and customers of sister brands Borgata Online and Party Casino. All games will be streamed from Evolution’s ground-breaking production hub in New Jersey.

The latest partnership aims to secure for both companies a top position not only in NJ but also in Pennsylvania and Michigan, with the upcoming launches of Evolution’s studios in these two states being part of the plot.

One of the biggest sports betting and gaming groups out there, GVC operates both online and in the retail sector. Its extensive portfolio of well-known brands includes such global favorites as bwin, Coral, Ladbrokes, PartyCasino, CasinoClub, Foxy Bingo, Gala, and partypoker.

The purchasing of Ladbrokes Coral in March 2018 let the Group top the list of the UK’s largest high-street bookmakers. Launched in close cooperation with MGM Resorts International, BetMGM is becoming a more and more important segment of GVC’s gaming vertical.
