Pragmatic Play has expanded its live casino lineup with the launch of Seotda Baccarat, a new title combining traditional baccarat gameplay with elements inspired by the Korean Seotda card game.

The release introduces a live casino format built around a 20-card Hwatu deck, replacing the standard baccarat setup with a faster structure and an alternative ranking system tied to Korean card game traditions.

According to Pragmatic Play, each Hwatu card represents a month from January through October and carries its own points value. Players place wagers on whether the player or banker will receive the higher-ranking two-card hand.

Unlike classic baccarat, the game removes the traditional third-card draw, creating shorter rounds and a more direct gameplay format.

Hwatu Deck Brings Korean Influence to Baccarat

The supplier said the game was designed to merge recognizable baccarat mechanics with Korean cultural themes and visuals. The studio environment, dealer uniforms, and card designs all follow a Korean-inspired presentation intended to distinguish the title within live casino lobbies.
