ICONIC21 has drawn attention to its latest blackjack format, iDealer Blackjack, a product that combines the mechanics of traditional RNG blackjack with an AI-powered dealer capable of interacting with players in real time. The supplier recently highlighted the concept through a Q&A with Chief Product Officer Edvardas Sadovskis, outlining how the game introduces a new interactive layer while remaining firmly within the RNG category.

According to the company, iDealer Blackjack retains the characteristics players expect from RNG blackjack while replacing the conventional interface with a dealer who can communicate during gameplay. ICONIC21 says the format creates a different experience from both standard RNG tables and live dealer games.

AI interaction added to familiar RNG blackjack

The seven-seat iDealer Blackjack table follows the same mathematical model, game speed, and RTP associated with standard RNG blackjack. The distinguishing feature is an AI-powered dealer that talks with players, listens to their questions, and remembers previous conversations while interacting live instead of relying on scripted or pre-recorded responses.

Visual material accompanying the interview explains that the dealer greets players by nickname, continues previous conversations, and can answer questions during gameplay. It also notes that the AI understands players regardless of language and responds in English with local nuances.

Speaking in the interview, Sadovskis explained that the game is intended to occupy its own position rather than compete directly with live casino products.

He said:

"iDealer Blackjack is a standard seven-seat RNG table, so the math, the speed and the RTP all behave exactly as your players expect. What's different is who's sitting across from them. The AI-powered dealer talks, listens, and remembers – it interacts live, rather than reading from a script or a pre-recorded loop."

Player engagement shapes the experience

ICONIC21 reports that player behavior has differed from its original expectations following the game's release. Instead of treating the AI as a conventional blackjack interface, users have begun engaging in broader conversations.

Sadovskis said players ask trivia questions, make jokes, discuss game rules, and start conversations they would not typically have with a live dealer. He added that the company deliberately chose not to make the AI imitate a human dealer, believing that approach encourages more natural interactions.

The promotional material also highlights this trend, stating that players have been asking trivia questions, using humor, and discussing gameplay with the AI dealer. Another section explains that the product introduces "a completely new interactivity layer" for RNG blackjack and reaches player groups that other games may not appeal to.

ICONIC21 promoted the interview on social media by describing iDealer Blackjack as "a genuinely different kind of format from the traditional RNG Blackjack we know." The company added that AI-powered dealers are introducing "personality and interaction to RNG tables," creating "an entirely new experience that combines RNG tables with real-time interaction."

The interview also outlines the company's broader commercial plans. Alongside expanding its RNG portfolio, ICONIC21 has recently signed distribution agreements with Hub88, Lynon, Novibet, and Maxbet. The supplier is also pursuing licenses in Italy and Portugal, as well as Ontario and Alberta, while continuing operations in Romania.
