SA Gaming has introduced Boundless Blackjack, a live casino format designed to give every player their own blackjack hand at the table. The game addresses one of the most common issues in live blackjack, where players may have to wait when all available seats are occupied.
For more than 15 years, SA Gaming has operated live casino games, and Boundless Blackjack builds on the familiar blackjack format by allowing multiple players to participate at the same time without competing for a limited seat. Each player places individual wagers, makes personal decisions during gameplay, and plays directly against the dealer.
How Boundless Blackjack Works
Boundless Blackjack uses eight standard 52-card decks with jokers removed. Number cards keep their face values, face cards count as 10, and Aces can count as either 1 or 11 depending on the hand.
A natural Blackjack consists of an Ace and a 10-value card as the opening two cards. It beats regular 21 hands made with additional cards. A split hand reaching 21 does not count as Blackjack.
Each round starts with betting, followed by the initial deal. Players receive two face-up cards, while the dealer shows one face-up card and keeps one card hidden. Players can then choose from available actions, including Hit, Stand, Surrender, Double Down, and Split.
The dealer follows fixed rules by drawing on 16 or lower and standing on 17 or higher, including soft 17. Blackjack pays 3:2, and matching totals between the player and dealer result in a push with the wager returned.

Side Bets and Deluxe Blackjack Differences
Boundless Blackjack expands the side bet options. Players can place Pair bets, which pay according to the type of pair: Mixed Pair pays 5:1, Colored Pair pays 10:1, and Perfect Pair pays 30:1.
The Bust Bonus side bet pays based on the number of cards in the dealer’s busted hand, ranging from 1:1 for a three-card bust up to 250:1 for an eight-card or higher bust.
Lucky Trio evaluates the player’s two cards and the dealer’s first card, with payouts reaching 200:1 for a suited 7-7-7. Poker Trio uses the same three cards and awards payouts for poker combinations, including 100:1 for Suited Trips.
Side bets have limited availability during a shoe. The Pair bet closes after round 40, while the other side bets stop being available after round 45.
Players moving from Deluxe Blackjack will find the same eight-deck setup, dealer rules, actions, and 3:2 Blackjack payout. Boundless Blackjack changes the experience by removing seat limits, eliminating bet-behind play, and allowing players to make decisions without waiting for other seats.
The game also adds more side bet choices than Deluxe Blackjack. It introduces Bust Bonus and Lucky Trio while changing Suited Trips into part of the Poker Trio option with a higher 100:1 payout.
SA Gaming recommends learning basic blackjack strategy for the main game, which has a 99.46% RTP. Players who disconnect during a round will still have their hand completed automatically, with the system hitting until the score passes 11 before standing. Results remain available through the Bet Record.
